Mr. Anïssa Boukabous, junior advocate bij VILLA JURIS ADVOCATEN, zal Balie Limburg vertegenwoordigen tijdens de Young European Lawyers Contest 2023.
De Young European Lawyers Contest brengt jonge advocaten uit heel Europa samen om het belang van het Europees recht in de praktijk onder de aandacht te brengen.
In teams bestaande uit vier advocaat-stagiairs van verschillende Europese landen zullen ze hun kennis in het Europees recht toepassen. In de halve finales schrijven alle teams een schriftelijk rapport met betrekking tot een EU-rechtelijke vraag. De twee beste teams uit iedere halve finale komen tegen elkaar uit in een moot court finale.

Anïssa Boukabous, junior lawyer at VILLA JURIS ADVOCATEN, will represent the Bar of the Province of Limburg during the Young European Lawyers Contest 2023.
The aim of the Young European Lawyers Contest is to bring together young and newly-qualified lawyers to spotlight the importance of European law for their legal practice.
In teams consisting of four junior lawyers from different European countries, they will apply their knowledge in European law. In the semi-finals, all teams write a written report on an EU law question. The two best teams from each semifinal will compete against each other in a moot court final.
